We have been using Mobile Systems as our preferred installer & provider of vehicle immobilisers & SmarTrack tracker systems since February 2011. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Debbie, Steve & Tom for the excellent & efficient service provided since commencement of our agreement.

Due to the alarming increase in rural crime & the theft of high value farm machinery over recent years, as a responsible & specialist agricultural insurance broker, we took the decision in 2009 to subsidise & encourage our clients to improve the security of their tractors, telescopic handlers, self propelled sprayers, etc. Although the theft of such machinery is normally covered by the vehicle insurance, the upset & inconvenience involved with replacement of not only the tractor for example, but also the sophisticated control boxes for the drill, sprayer, baler, etc, which may well have been mounted in the cab at the time of theft does not bear thinking about.

Our company prides itself on competitive, reliable & efficient service, much of our growth being due to our reputation within the farming community & referrals provided by many of our existing clients. With our sights & reputation set at such high levels it proved very difficult to find a specialist installer of immobilisers & trackers we were prepared to form a business relationship with & recommend to our clients, whose best interest we value highly. I am very pleased to comment that Mobile Systems has by far exceeded our expectations, providing a very slick, high level & efficient service that we are proud to be associated with & am sure we will have an association with for many years to come!

An appointment was made within a couple of days for the installation of 2 systems and the job was done on time and with excellent quality. It’s clear that Tom knows his stuff! I can rarely be bothered to write letters of complaint and certainly never get around to writing letters of congratulations but in your case an exception is definitely deserved.  I recently purchased a new car and tried in vain to get Tracker to install their new Tracker Locate device.  Tracker told me the device was too new (it was only being released to market that week) and it would not be possible to fit one for several weeks after.  It was then that I found Mobile System’s website that announced their ability to supply and install a variety of tracking (and other) vehicle devices.  I dubiously requested their ring-back service, not really expecting much of a result if Tracker themselves could not supply the unit I wanted. At this point I was pleased to discover I had a found a company with those rare commodities in business today: integrity and efficiency. Not only did they call me back on a Sunday, after I explained the rather unusual circumstances with Tracker’s new Locate device, they offered to find out about the new unit, its availability and its installation requirements.  All this was done within two days and they kept me informed of progress throughout.  Then, just one day after Tracker launched Locate, Mobile Systems arrived at my home, on time, and fitted the unit within the hour. It was so refreshing to find a company that keeps to their word and where all of the employees actually communicate with each other.  Everyone from sales, technical and accounts seems to know what is happening and when.

Thank you for all your efforts.  Your service far exceeded my expectations and I would not hesitate to recommend you.
